                               Tony Emmott

Emmott era un fattorino postale , prima di diventare un bodybuilder di successo.

Possedeva una sua palestra, Olicana Health Studio, in Ilkley , Yorkshire , Regno Unito , che aveva anche un ristorante  salutista, che Emmott volle aggiungere.

Nel 1979, un noto scrittore e fotografo di bodybuilding , Chris Lund, ha intervistato Emmott nella sua palestra sulle sue tecniche di allenamento , Emmott era in quel momento uno dei migliori bodybuilder del paese. 

Emmott è apparso sulle copertine di un numero di riviste di bodybuilding tra cui Health and Strength, Muscle Training Illustrated, e World Muscle.
